DESCRIPTION: The Bloodless Coup media player was designed in 18 days after the announcement that HoldoWare was sponsoring the concert of the eponymous heavy metal band on Obroa-Skai and was given for free with every ticket for that particular concert. As a result, the concert doubled as a release ceremony of the Bloodless Coup media player, also providing the eponymous music group with additional publicity. Due to the rather rushed nature of the media player, while it was compatible with a wide variety of digital media formats and the hardware used to play them, the ability to edit media has not been implemented in the Bloodless Coup media player beyond converting digital media from a format to another, proving far more complex to implement than granting its users the ability to modify the UI.
