- Her mind is based off of Richard's and as a result she already has a wealth of knowledge to draw upon. However she is far smarter than him due to her accelerated brain power from her computer systems.

- She has to be held within some form of system. Whether that is a holodisplay, a droid, ship or something else. These can be destroyed and therefore once whatever is holding her is destroyed she is destroyed as well.

When this occurs Blossom will crash and will delete all information about itself and information it has gathered. Essentially committing suicide. This then allows the base program to survive and revive itself but as a different personality.

While working for a tech company on Coruscant Richard deWinter discovered the research done by Gubacher during the Clone Wars. The research he found specifically was how to impart said intelligence into droids. He noted that while the droids definitely showed some form of artificial intelligence, they were not what he considered true forms of artificial intelligence. Because while sentient many of the droids seemed to be at the mercy of their master's will. He also noted that how the majority of these droids could not transfer their intelligence into other droids, or machinery. He also felt that the intelligence of said programs could be improved exponentially. Upon realizing this he began working on a new form of artificial intelligence, one that would be his own personal companion. He didn't want to revela his secret project to the company as he was worried that they would take his project and bastardize it for mass production and turning it into another one of the AI's that are put into droids or one that administer bureaucratic documents. He decided he could not allow this and fled Coruscant, he fled to the outer rim and hid on the planet of Muunilinst. It was here that he set up his secret lab using all the materials he had taken from his lab, from Coruscant. This was the lab where he would give birth to his finest creation... the Blossom artificial intelligence. Richard deWinter used his own neurological brain patterns in order to create this AI. Thus Blossom shares many traits with her creator which help them see eye to eye on many things. However she is not a digital copy of Richard. She able to think by herself and more often that not outwit Richard with her superior intelligence.
