Most describe him as an idiotic brute due to his harsh business practices and rumored slave labor camps that he operates out of his Nar Shaddaa Chemical Plant. He is 6'0 tall in height and weighing 500 pounds make him a considerably rounded individual. His skin is dark green and his lips are decorated with a fake bushy mustache to make him appear esteemed. He is typically wearing a large formal suit with armor underneath instead of the traditional gamorrean garb. As a former gladiator within the Ninth Circuit Tournament. Bluam is a formidable fighter and can handle dual axes without much trouble. Although he is considerably old for a gamorrean and as such leaves it up to his hired thugs to fight for him.

Bluam Poshrung was born on Gamorr to Florp Poshrung and Morp Poshrung in a litter of 15 other gamorreans. Bluam was certainly not the smartest among the litter and frequently lost his way in the murky terrain. Fortunately his father would always find him before he got himself killed. Like all boars, Bluam would concentrate on martial training and waging war with other gamorrean clans for his Clan Matron. Frequently going to war on his homeworld made him into a formidable warrior. Although his actual rise to fame would be when a Hutt by the name of Sozadi appeared before him and offered him a chance to become a gladiator for his enterprise.
Bluam didn't see the harm in using his natural talents for credits and thus signed a binding contract with the Hutt Lorda. Which allowed him to become a officialized servant of his clan. Sozadi would begin training the young gamorrean to hone in his talents away from the battlefield into more showmanship arena matches which didn't end in death as often but made the crowd go wild. The Hutt Lorda was happy as a result and rewarded the Gamorrean Gladiator with credits and special bonuses. Bluam started to gain some semblance of intelligence within himself after questioning if this was the right path for him. Knowing that he wanted to be something more than what he was, the gamorrean would begin studying the hutt lorda in more detail, trying to ascertain how to run a business for himself.
He would study over the years until reaching the age of 30. Finding a loophole within the contract which stated that if the gamorrean was badly damaged then he would have to seek medical attention which wasn't going to be cheap on the world. Bluam got into an accident himself to use this loophole which allowed him to escape slavery due to the cheapness of the Hutt Lorda. Journeying through the galaxy onboard spice freighters and pirate vessels earned him enough money to start working for the Northern Run Merchant Guild.
Spending a few years allowed him to develop vital business skills which helped him formulate his own company called "Gamorr Chemicals". A Chemical Manufacturing Company which had considerable interest in the development of chemical fuels and the creation of new chemical compounds for medical research. Although the business is legit, the company still engages in underground slavery markets to bring in more of a profit.
Bluam has become a successful businessman with his main office located within the Promenade of Nar Shaddaa.
