Tucked away in a back corner of Lum Rouge - a somewhat run-down district with an only partially-deserved reputation for street crime - is a speeder shop like any other speeder shop. It takes pre-owned vehicles with damaged registrations and no questions asked. Maybe those vehicles' component parts wind up in eighteen speeders and a trash compactor. Maybe one of those eighteen is an innocuous-looking high-powered getaway airspeeder that can futz CorpSec traffic/pursuit sensors. Maybe you send the Blueshift gearheads a bottle of something nice because one of their speeders got you out of a situation you should never have survived.
RATIONALE
When Jerec moved Quekko's Choice to Denon, he found very quickly that the planet's entrenched criminal ecosystem had a much bigger appetite for airspeeders than for starships. Therefore he set up a little arm's-length speeder joint a few blocks from the Quekko's Choice ship lot. He hired his cyborg cousin Haf Asyr, a fellow speeder tech, to run Blueshift:
