- Structure Name: Bogano Jedi Temple
- Classification: Temple
- Location: Bogano
- Affiliation:
- Accessibility: Very few outsiders know the enclave's exact coordinates. The Jedi of Bogano are keen on preserving the enclave's reclusive nature, in hopes of protecting its more pacifistic students and mentors. Should there ever be unwanted visitors, a small force of Temple Guards remain on duty - though accessing the grounds on foot may prove challenging, considering the many sinkholes, pitfalls, and gorges crisscrossing the planet's surface.
- Description: The Bogano Jedi Temple is a sprawling settlement built upon and within the cavernous mesas of the Outer Rim planet Bogano. It features both surface and subterranean levels, constructed with respect to the natural limestone formations upon which they are built. The temple spans far enough to also include the prominent and mysterious Zeffo Vault, a tower-like structure that serves as the temple's council chambers and archives.

- Binog Mesa: A grassy surrounding the eastern side of the temple grounds. It is home to the amphi-mamalian binogs, a large species known for their docile nature. Younglings and Padawans are often taken to visit them on field trips, where they're able to feed and play with the creatures.
- Fractured Plain: An area of broken plains on the southern edge of the temple, large enough for starfighters to land. Metal footbridges connect several marked platforms that are safe for docking and refueling.
- Great Divide: Beneath the gleaming vista of the Zeffo Vault, which now stands as the Bogano temple, is a deep chasm known as the Great Divide. Exploring the depths of the chasm is treacherous and requires experience with spelunking.
- Wind Turbines: The majority of the temple's power is generated by wind turbines on the surface. Backup generators remain on standby in the even of power failures.

- Landing Area: Situated on a small mesa across from the main temple is a humble landing platform suitable to accommodate several ships at a time. It serves as the temple's primary landing pad and is connected to the temple proper via a small bridge that can be extended or retracted, should entrance need to be revoked. A collection of small supply sheds are used to house supplies.
- Sentry Towers: Rising above the landscape from trenches below are roughly a dozen sentry towers manned by skilled Jedi snipers. Their careful watch ensures that intruders travelling by foot or by air are reported immediately to the chief of security.
- Training Grounds: Bogano’s training grounds are a unique set of courses comprised of open areas for general exercises, limestone straits and chasms for free running, and subterranean lakes and caves for exploring.

- Armory: The temple's armory is located in the lower levels of the Zeffo Vault, secured behind a puzzle door only receptive to Force sensitives. Within, the enclave stores suits of Jedi armor, weapons, and field equipment. Training lightsabers and Jedi training droids are also stored in the armory, as well as an impressive collection of archaic protosabers.
- Council Chambers: A private chamber reserved for members of the Bogano Council to meet. Leaders from allied enclaves are often invited to the council chambers to discuss matters of importance. The chambers includes a holomap of the known galaxy, a secured link to the temple archives, and encrypted communications channels linked to various enclaves throughout the Tingel Arm.
- Halls of Healing: A humble portion of the temple dedicated to the health and wellness of the enclave's Jedi. The Halls feature standard medical equipment like bacta tanks, as well as an array of powerful natural medicines supplied by the enclave’s herbalists.
- Temple Archives: In the heart of the Zeffo Vault, behind karnite walls and a puzzle of reflective glass, is the temple’s archives. It boasts a small collection of holocrons and other Jedi artifacts, but the true treasure is the enclave’s collection of historical star charts dating back to Palpatine's Galactic Empire.

- Hermitage: Once the sprawling abode of Jedi Master Eno Cordova, this subterranean network of chambers has become the living quarters of Bogano’s Jedi community. Three areas of the hermitage have been properly separated to house Padawans, their Masters, and guests of the enclave respectively. Each provides its residents with comfortable living space, storage for personal affects, and privacy. A fourth chamber serves as a common area for cooking, eating, studying, or socializing.
- Library: Both physical and digital texts ranging in topic from philosophy and training techniques to xenobiology and herbalism can be found in the library. This chamber is dedicated to providing the enclave's residents with free access to information on most any topic, though to access more niche or even restricted texts, one must inquire at the temple archives.
- Meditation Chamber: This humble room is dedicated to serenity and mindfulness. The walls are adorned with ancient Zeffo murals, Je'daii reliefs, and original artwork created by the enclave's members. Here, the Jedi come to clear their minds and attune with the Force.

- Greenhouse: The enclave's herbalists use a surface-level greenhouse to cultivate and store native herbs and plants for medicinal use, study, and cataloging. It's situated above the workshop and storage space, shedding green hues of light down through its translucent glass dome.
- Storage: A simple room furnished with metal racks to make storing supplies easier. Crates and boxes line the walls.
- Workshop: In an underground chamber connected to the main temple complex is the workshop, where a proud collection of equipment and tools await those who love to tinker. Padawans of the enclave build their first lightsaber here using impressive components curated by Jedi explorers. Also present in the workshop is a series of planetary weather sensors, water filtration systems, and monitoring stations for wind turbines. These are located on the bottom level, while the lightsaber workbenches are found on the upper floor.

- Bogdo Sinkholes: A restricted area of the enclave that is home to predatory amphibians known as oggdos. Only on rare occasions do the temple's Jedi visit these pits, usually in response to threatening spikes in the oggdo population.
- Subterranean Refuge: Deep below the temple grounds is a network of subterranean lakes and rivers sprawling in all directions beneath the mesas above. Many years have been spent mapping and charting the tunnels, identifying stable caverns for Younglings and Padawans to explore on guided excursions with their mentors. This refuge in particular is frequented by seasoned Jedi in search of a quiet place to meditate.

For centuries, the planet Bogano lay shrouded in mystery. Its lush landscapes and swirling mists had long kept its secrets hidden from the galaxy's bustling civilizations. It was here that Jedi Knights
Elias Edo and
Tarus Undara ventured, driven by whispers of an ancient Zeffo Vault and the knowledge hidden within. Together, they formed a formidable pair, each complementing the other's strengths. Elias, with his deep connection to the Force, had sensed a lingering presence on Bogano that beckoned him. His companion, Tarus, renowned for his analytical mind and deep understanding of Jedi lore, had pieced together fragments of old star maps and records, leading them to this distant world.
The journey was not without its challenges. Bogano's natural defenses included treacherous cliffs and hidden crevices. Guided by the Force, they navigated through the planet's labyrinthine terrain, their senses attuned to the subtle cues that would lead them to the ancient vault. After days of exploration, they finally stood before the Zeffo Vault, its imposing structure both awe-inspiring and humbling. Carved from weathered karnite, the entrance was marked with symbols of an ancient civilization. The vault's doors, long sealed, seemed to resonate with the energy of those who had come before.
With a gentle wave of his hand, Elias reached out through the Force, and the massive doors creaked open, revealing a cavernous interior filled with relics of a bygone era. The air inside was thick with the presence of the Force, and as they stepped across the threshold, they knew they were walking in the footsteps of history.
-
Within the depths of the vault, they discovered a hidden chamber that held records gathered centuries ago from the dilapidated hermitage of Eno Cordova. The hermitage was a testament to Cordova's dedication to the Force, and the vault was filled with artifacts and holocrons that chronicled his life's work. As they explored the hermitage, Elias and Tarus uncovered Cordova's journals, which detailed his studies of the Zeffo and his vision for the Jedi. Inspired by Cordova's writings, the two knights resolved to restore the hermitage, transforming it into a sanctuary for Force-sensitive individuals seeking to learn the ways of the Jedi in peace.
The restoration of the temple was a labor of love. Elias and Tarus worked tirelessly, preserving the ancient knowledge while infusing the enclave with their own insights and experiences. The once-forgotten hermitage gradually became a haven for those seeking wisdom and solace in the Force. In time, the enclave on Bogano became a beacon of hope, welcoming fellow Force Warriors from across the galaxy. They accepted many pupils, each drawn by the same hope and curiosity that had brought Elias and Tarus to Bogano. The hermitage buzzed with the energy of new beginnings, as individuals from diverse backgrounds came together to learn and grow, united by their connection to the Force.
-
The hermitage quickly evolved into a vibrant community. Lessons in Force Warrior training and meditation were interwoven with discussions on history and philosophy, fostering an environment that celebrated both tradition and innovation. The air was filled with laughter and the hum of lightsabers, echoing the joy and determination of those committed to the path of peace.
