Bomblet Generators...

[member="Kerrel Di Marzullo"]

The Clone Wars Campaign Guide suggests that there were several Scurrg H-6 bombers, and the Wookiee page for it actually shows a picture where two of the bombers are in the same shot. So it would appear that several have existed, though they'd likely be pretty rare (but not unique).

I don't know of any other vessel canonically equipped with it, as it seems to be primarily derived as a game mechanic.

The addition of a bomblet generator was unique to the Havoc after a series of modifications, which are visible/notable by reading the Havoc's wookiepedia page.

Deadly as all these armaments were, they were nothing in comparison to the ultimate power of the Havoc: a concealed bomblet generator, capable of fashioning potent energy bombs by drawing from the power of the ship's reactor core. The original prototype was equipped with proton bombs that were released via two bomb chutes. However, after the modifications, the rather unstable bomblet generator could provide an infinite number of bombs for Nym's destructive needs.

The Wookieepedia page for that exact section has a question mark for the "source" part. It would seem to be in contradiction to part of the description listed in one of the sourcebooks, which does not list the bomblet generator as being a Havoc specific modification (though it lists that ship's other modifications compared to its sister ships). From the Star Wars Clone Wars Campaign Guide:

I apologize, I more or less intended to mean the unstable bomblet generator which the Havoc used, rather than the proton and stable bomblet generator which was very much so more stable than the modified counterpart.

No apology necessary; there's so much source material out there (and a lot of it contradictory at that), that I think it's close to impossible for any one person to know every little detail about every ship or piece of tech. ;)

Sorry I caused that little argument there. I read the New Essential Guides to find the Scurrg, and I wasn't sure how much of what's in there is pre-Disney canon.

There's a few different canon sources, and only one source explicitely states the difference between the Havoc and the rest of the Scurrg prototypes - although its only a half-truth. The tabletop game included the bomblet generator as part of the gameplay mechanics for diversity and to let the player use their own version of the Havoc, to show the modularity of the ship and the fact that the bomblet generator was capable of being attached to other ships as well. The prime difference between the Havoc's bomblet generator and that of the rest of the prototypes was that Nym's ship was tampered with to great success in order to take advantage of the "unstable" bomblet generator. Whereas a normal bomblet generator (there are several other ships in past Star Wars starfighter games which include a knock-off or something similar to this weapon) would have a normally limited amount of shots, Nym's generator was made to produce a theoretically unending supply of ammunition. In reality this doesn't really make it all that special, albeit unique with a nice perk. If you want to replicate this it will take a substantial amount of development, as finding the canonical ship would still require substantial development behind both finding and repairing it.

tl;dr:

It would be theoretically possible to have another ship with this generator, but its going to take quite the amount of development.

It was less of a "If I find this ship, can I still use this", than a "hey, is that a model thing, or do I need to dev it" thing. Do any companies on the board make bomblet generators?
