DESCRIPTION
Bonadan Engineering Corporation (BEC) is a long-standing industrial powerhouse based on the factory-world of Bonadan, once a key asset of the Corporate Sector Authority. Now helmed by Tiber Saal, BEC has transitioned from civilian infrastructure and starship construction to large-scale military production for multiple Imperial factions. Its orbital drydocks and subterranean foundries operate with precision and relentless efficiency, producing warships, starfighter components, and weapons systems to fuel the fragmented ambitions of the Empire's successors. While the ISA benefits heavily from its output, BEC accepts contracts from any Imperial-aligned faction that can meet its terms.

BEC operates with a cold, calculated approach to business. Private orders are rare, permitted only when aligned with long-term strategic goals. Planets and systems under its control are not stripped bare, but are reorganized with total focus on production output.

RATIONALE
Tiber Saal came to control Bonadan Engineering Corporation through a calculated and ruthless hostile takeover. After the death of his father, a powerful corporate executive and major shareholder, Tiber inherited a substantial portion of BEC's voting shares. Rather than remain a silent partner, he returned to Bonadan with a clear objective—reshape the company into a military asset worthy of serving the next generation of Imperial power. Within weeks, Tiber leveraged his inheritance, political connections, and personal fleet assets to force out the sitting board of directors. Key executives were removed or quietly exiled, replaced with loyalists drawn from Imperial logistics and naval command structures. Under his leadership, BEC transformed almost overnight from a bureaucratic holdover into a disciplined war machine, aligned with his vision of Imperial resurgence.
