You just have to wait I think, I had the same issue when I first joined, never got the verification email either but I was able to fully access the forum within the day.

Thanks then, although do I have to wait 10 minutes for the confirmation code(iirc, it said that), which I did.

When you can access/create subaccounts then you know you can fully access the forum, atleast that's how I found out I had been verified. I did the same thing when I joined, waited up to the ten minutes got nothing, resent it but the same result. Even switched the email back and forth but nothing. I left it alone until the next day and logged back on to find I could begin to create my character account.

Once you've created a sub account you can find it up near the top of the page. You're looking for a white box that says "select...", click on the arrow and it will bring up a drop down menu of your Writer account and Character accounts you've created. Simple select the one and you'll be logged into that account.

Only a couple days ago I was reading these on my introduction, but welcome to Chaos! I had the problem of not getting the verification code and I tried a lot of things, but after a couple hours I was magically verified. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this as much as I am!
