First, I want to know if we have any non canon jetpacks here.

Also do we have non-canon: time bombs, thermal grenade, concussion grenade, remote detonated pack, grenade launcher, rocket launcher.

I plan on packing major heat and wanted to know if I had to do write ups for this tech

Uhm... Jetpacks and grenades are pretty standard. You don't usually need a separate tech sub for those.
