- Personality: Like his species, Thot is greedy and arrogant. This is one of his biggest flaws, if not then his limited movement.

- He's absolutely useless in combat, actually he's pretty useless in anything that requires movement.
- Intelligence - Thot is extremely intelligent, some compare him to a tactical droid.
