- The vast majority of the population residing within Boreth are menial droids and combat droids, subservient to the will of Darth Animus and those who reside within Boreth. They are incredibly simple droids, without even the barest forms of artificial intelligence.
- The only wealth holding citizens of Boreth are the historians, acolytes and other Dark Side aligned individuals who call Boreth their home. They are given a low income, just enough to sustain themselves, and must rely on external sources of revenue to increase their wealth.

- With the vast droid population in Boreth, dissidence is next to non existent. Any and all civil disobedience that does occur is harshly punished by the ruling elite of the city using the droid legions.
