No, he stated the truth. We all know Roche was a slaughter. A slaughter with a lot of unfairness, kicking a man while he was down, and saber rattling. Not to mention the fact that a witchhunt to "Punish everyone involved" that yes, Mandolorians tried to pull me into, occured was tragically petty.
Alderaan was also a slaughter. And we all know it was even less fair that Roche. Half of the people involved had no clue what the rules were. I knew people on both sides, it was a crapshow. Especially the planning and "Negotiations" (and I use that term very loosely).
As Rogers would say (one of the most influencial psychologists ever to live) aggressive relatiation on someone who holds a differing view is the most basic sign of underlying insecurity.
Simply put, trying to "make an example" of someone who disagrees with your faction's choices and your character's actions isn't awe inspiring or cool. It's stupid and petty. That's what I'm saying. And that's what's going on here.
