Additional Info: Rayl Wilded is a known member of the Black Sun Syndicate, and can likely be found within their territories. To accomplish this task, bounty hunters willing to take up this cause will also be granted ten DD-S1's for the duration of the task.

Just because we have pyrokinesis, or Fireshaping, powers, does not mean I trust you. If I need help, I will contact someone I trust.
