She tries to style her hair nicely, but by the end of the day it always ends up messy.
BIOGRAPHY: Braekine Florithe grew up on Coruscant, in a household of four. Both of her parents worked long hours in the industrial district, as did her older brother. Their primary job was to manufacture huge engines for various cruisers that were built on Corellia and Mon Calamari. The job didn't pay very well, but they were able to live in a moderately respectable neighborhood in the capital. At a young age, Braekine learned to fix and build machinery by taking apart and putting back together the many spare parts that her parents brought home for their own pet project- a broken down freighter that they hoped to repair. When Braekine turned sixteen, she was sent to work in the same factory as her parents and brother, using her previous experience to do well.
She lived a happy life until one fateful day, when a stray spark ignited a fuse on one of the engines that her parents were working on. An explosion resulted, killing them and several other workers. Suddenly, Braekine and her brother found themselves alone. They tried to hold on to their property, but it was immediately claimed by the landlord and sold to another person. Neither sibling had the influence to counter that, and so they found themselves on the streets with meager possessions. But, as Braekine was scrolling through her parents' old datapad, she found the deed to a garage in the lower levels. This must have been where her parents were working on their ship! She moved there immediately with her brother, and continued work at the factory. In memory of their parents, they decided to continue fixing the ship.
One day, the factory that they were both working for closed, and they were out of a job. There were many options nearby, but Braekine and her brother wanted to do something that benefited others. So, they applied for a job as mechanics and technicians and were hired by the Galactic Alliance to work on starfighters. At the moment, Braekine is the personal mechanic to Muntenli Joskar , and they are getting along quite nicely.
