- Description: The Cin'ceri Cerar Morut looks much like another mountain covered in nitrogen ice on the surface of Nellogant, one of tens of thousands that appear in groups all over the planet. However, inside is a highly advanced and well engineered military base and refuge for the displaced Bral Mandalorian clan.
- Summit - The Summit is the entirety of the above-ground section of the Cin'ceri Cerar Morut. The Summit's walls and ceilings are constructed of two layers of thick Turadium with a meter of insulation between, while the view ports are layered Ceraglass. The Summit houses many apartments for both civilian and security personnel. These apartments are connected through large interior corridors and respulsorlift elevators. The Summit is protected by dozens of hidden automated Air Defense Towers & Particle Beam Cannons that can extend from shafts used to both protect and maintain them. There are four ground based V-150r Heavy Ion Cannons, one located at each of the cardinal directions, that protect against capital ships in orbit or within the atmosphere.
- Security Barracks - There are standard barracks for active security members located throughout the Summit. This enable quick security response and reinforcement throughout the largest area of the base.
- Monitoring Station - Located in the top of the Summit is a watchpost that monitors the location wide security measures inside and outside of the facility as well as long distance scanners for activity in space.
- Service Halls - Shafts and corridors between rooms exist. However, as this is a secure location, there are a small amount of Lifeform scanners that are present in these locations enabling some level of awareness of who or what is within these spaces. These service halls do not extend to the lower levels of the facility.
- Security Barracks - There are standard barracks for active security members located throughout the Summit. This enable quick security response and reinforcement throughout the largest area of the base.
- The Trench - The Trench is the void between the split in the Summit. This opening leads to hangar bays within the Summit. At the bottom of the Trench there are two Reinforced Shield Generators that power the Cin'ceri Cerar Morut's particle and ray shields. Which protects the facility from energy and physical bombardments. This area was protected with medium laser turrets.
- Bral Excavation Site "Frozen Pit" - A subterranean mining complex beneath the Trench that doubles as a settlement and fallback point. This is the primary resource collection facility and profit making facility for the Bral clan. Security measures can be found in the submission. This is also the only non-hangar entrance to the Cin'ceri Cerar Morut as there is a door that leads out into the Hearth Layer of Nellogant as well as several mine shafts. While the compound and these exits are guarded, civilians and exploration teams often come in and out through the door.
- Bral Metal & Engineering (BM&E)- The production factory for arms, armor, starships, droids, and other military goods. Located In the lowest layer of the base, adjacent to the Frozen Pit mining facility.
- Security Override - within BM&E is a hidden room that can enable a full-scale lock-down of the facility in case it is breached. If the Override is enabled, then all the blast doors in the Summit with close, sirens all over the interior of the Cin'ceri Cerar Morut will sound off, all service spaces will lock.
- Reactor Room- The BM&E is the access point for the large main and two smaller back-up reactors that power the Cin'ceri Morut. This area is under heavy guard while the reactors themselves are encapsulated within Dallorian Alloy which is itself encapsulated by Turadium. These reactors are responsible for the heating, electricity, and the security systems and defense arrays that do not possess a self-contained reactor.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Cin'ceri Cerar Morut was constructed on top of the location of the Bral Excavation Site in the years following the betrayal of The Sith Empire when they invaded Mandalore. This massive military base was constructed through the combined efforts of the Bral clan engineers and hundreds of thousands of Mandalorian refugees. These refugees were assimilated into the Bral clan causing the clan's numbers to swell to one of the largest Mandalorian clans to exist. However, this caused great strain on the Bral resources. As such many of the refugees were put to work laboring in the mines beneath the military base harvesting rare and useful materials to sell on the Phaedian market under the disguise of a lucrative mining company.
While the majority of the base is above ground and often fairly cold, the military base extends into the more bearable, lifelike environment of the Hearth Layer of Nellogant. These lower layers are where many spend their waking hours when not working, though the majority of those who live in the Cin'ceri Cerar Morut reside in the Summit apartments. Much is done to keep the weight of losing their ancestral home off the populace by the leadership of the clan and as such expeditions, rites of passage, and hunts into the Hearth Layer are common. For while the surface of Nellogant may be hellish, the Hearth Layer is a primordial land of opportunity and adventure.
