- Dueling cape gifted to Braze
- Anti-Shank Cloth provides protection against kinetic force and energy weapons.
- Duraflex Fabric provides environmental protection as well as regulating body temperature.
- Blasterproof: As clothing goes, this cape is very durable against blaster fire, able to withstand even direct hits.
- Sleeps With Vibroblades: The cape boasts exceptional defense against kinetic blows from weapons such as vibroblades. The faster the sharp object is moving, the stronger the cloth will be against it. It also has shock absorption.
- Protection From the Elements: The duraflex fabric used in the inner lining of the cape provides protection from environmental factors and has been treated so that it will not retain water (and become heavy) when submerged. In addition, it features technology that regulates the wearer's body temperature so that they are never too warm or too cold.
- Lightsabers and Ion: The cape has no real durability against lightsabers and EMP/ION. The prevailing wisdom of this is that, as a Jedi, if you can't block your opponent's lightsaber or grind Sith lightning, you're doing something wrong and your cape can't save you anyway.
- Mere Clothing: While the fabric is quite durable, this is still only clothing and should not be considered on par with armor.
In tragedy, there is always hope. Though Padawan Braze may have accidentally ruined Thelma's life, she still made him a final gift during her final days at the Temple: a dueling cape. A blue velvet exterior with gold embroidery hide the two protective layers beneath.
