STRENGTHS
- It’s Armoured: The defenses of the Brazier provide great protection from most weapons, and the bulk of the craft can even be used as cover as the doors face rearwards
- It Carries: The vehicle can carry a good number of troops, and can also be used as a medical or command station with enough internal conversion.
WEAKNESSES
- Under Armed: As it’s a true APC and not a tank with a passenger compartment, the Brazier lacks in the weapons department. While the pair of Hellfire missiles can provide some anti-tank capability it is extremely limited in combat against other armoured vehicles.
DESCRIPTION
Combat use:
The Brazier is primarily used as an armoured personnel carrier for shuttling infantry to the front lines and protecting them until they can reach their enemies. Since the doors are on the rear of the APC embarked infantry can exit without coming under direct fire, and can use the vehicle as cover as they advance. While built primarily as an APC for shuttling infantry and supporting them the vehicle can still combat enemy armour using its pair of anti tank missiles, but this capacity is limited due to it only having two shots.
Some variants of the APC under development remove the internal seating to instead have medical equipment or are converted into command centers.
