- None
- Tandem Baradium Charge: The tandem baradium charge allows the rocket greater penetration, especially against buried hardened structures and vehicles with explosive reactive armor.
- Fast: The Getsr's engine is powerful, enabling it to close the distance between launch platform and target within a very short period of time.
- Long Range: The Getsr is a long range rocket, meaning the launch platform has to potentially expose itself to less incoming fire.
- Volatile: Baradium is a volatile substance, and should the rocket take too much damage in the tube, it might detonate and cause a sympathetic detonation of other baradium rockets in the pod.
- Low Area of Effect: It's a directional focused explosive charge, and is not designed to have a large blast radius, making it a poor choice for engaging large infantry or fighter formations.
- Unguided: It's an unguided rocket that possesses no tracking abilities whatsoever.
- Indiscriminate: The rocket possesses no IFF detection systems, and if a friendly vehicle gets in the way, the rocket will still do exactly what it is designed to do.
Designed as a means to engage enemy armor and fortifications without having to expend missiles (which tend to be more expensive), the Getsr does just that. The rocket's tandem baradium charge allows for greater penetration against buried hardened structures as well as vehicles with explosive reactive armor. In addition, the rocket's powerful engine allows it to close the distance between it's launch platform and target within a very short period of time. The rocket's range also means the launch platform is usually not exposed to as much incoming fire.
That said, the rocket is unguided and requires the crew to ensure that it is oriented at its target. Additionally, it's small blast radius makes it a poor choice against infantry or a group of enemy fighters, and even in moments of desperation the crew should probably resort to using another weapon. The unfortunate truth about baradium is its volatility, and should the rocket take damage in the pod, it could potentially detonate and cause the sympathetic detonation of other ordnance.
None of the above factors are a concern to Breshig War Forge Consolidated, who not only use it, but also offer it for sale.
