- Manufacturer: Breshig War Forge Consolidated.
- Affiliation: Breshig War Forge Consolidated, its subsidiary, Strill Securities and Mandalorians.
- Model: B-02M Kal.
- Modularity: The grip wrap can be changed. Paint on the guard can be changed. Blade can be electroplated or coated in different materials.
- Production: Minor.
- Material: Anti-Corr 113 coating, Beskar blade and guard, Maalras hide wrapped grip, reinforced Duraplast grip, Agrinium mesh lined electronics compartment, Combat de-ionizer, Ultrachrome circuitry and other electronics.
- Classification: Dagger.
- Size: Small.
- Weight: Average.
- Ultrasonic Vibration Generator
- Mono-molecular Edge
- Rylith Power Cell
- Weighted for throwing.
- Monomolecular Edge: With a monomolecular edge and point, the weapon has a higher chance of penetrating armor or natural carapace than a traditional knife of the same style, whose ability to do so is already very impressive.
- Ultrasonic Vibration Generator: The ultrasonic vibration generator increases the already very deadly weapon's natural armor penetration and gives even a shallow stab the potential to do great damage on target.
- Rylith Power Cell: The weapon makes use of a Rylith Power Cell, making for significantly increased battery life, as well as the capability to recharge the cell with exposure to sunlight.
- Out of Power: Once the weapon is out of power, it's back to being a kal that's sharper than a standard one.
- EMP/Ion: Should the weapon's EMP/Ion defenses be overwhelmed by a powerful enough EMP/Ion weapon, then once again it is back to being a kal that's sharper than a standard one.
- Beskar: The weapon is, at the end of the day, made from beskar. Given the number of anti-beskar measures in the galaxy, there's a relatively high chance of running into one of them.
- It's a Knife: Knives don't have reach, and the Kal isn't an exception.
"What the shab more do you want to know about it? It's a shabla knife for haran's sake!"
-Frustrated Breshig War Forge Consolidated Sales Representative attempting to explain the weapon's functions for the sixth time to a customer.
Indeed, there is not too much more to the company's attempt to modernize the design of the venerable Kal knife. This version of the Kal is weighted for throwing, and features a mono-molecular edge and features an ultrasonic vibration generator, greatly increasing the lethality of the venerable little weapon. A Rylith power cell keeps the weapon powered. The blade itself is coated in Anti-corr 113 coating, reducing the chance that the blade will corrode from natural or unnatural means. Additionally, the grip is wrapped in Maalras hide, adding to the lightsaber resistance of reinforced Duraplast grip. -Frustrated Breshig War Forge Consolidated Sales Representative attempting to explain the weapon's functions for the sixth time to a customer.
Unfortunately, once the weapon is out of power, it's back to being a kal that's sharper than a standard one.
