STRENGTHS

• Greatly Enhanced Reflexes: The various cybernetics in the package enhance the user's natural dexterity, agility, reaction speed and ability to react to information to the point that they're nigh on par with a Jedi/Sith Knight/Warrior.
• Greatly Enhanced Strength: The user's strength is greatly enhanced several times over that of what an unenhanced humanoid would be capable of.
• Greatly Enhanced Memory and Senses: The user's memory is enhanced to allow them to think quick thinking in the heat of combat, as well as prevent sensory overload from the enhanced senses they now possess.
• Greatly Enhanced Constitution and Natural Healing: The user's stamina and ability to take pain are increased to preternatural levels. With the presence of a bacta processing implant and a health package, the user's natural healing as well as the rate their body repairs with the aid from bacta is increased several times over.

WEAKNESSES

• Exacting Physical Requirements: Any potential users must be not only in the peak of physical health, but have to have sterner constitution than the average humanoid, lest the implants take a high toll on the body and cause failure of various organs. Once this is discovered as the cause for poor health in a subject, it is usually far too late.
• Problematic Treatment: It's one thing to treat a patient with the complications of the average humanoid body, it's another thing entirely to treat a patient with an entire package of implants in them, and as such this makes any medical aid that isn't bacta, carapace knitter or some other injectable cocktail considerably more difficult.
• Natural Limits: Despite the implant package being able to push a user to near superhuman limits, it still cannot push a body past a point. Muscles have natural expansion and contraction limits, blood can only be carried through the body at a certain rate, and while the package pushes those limits it doesn't alleviate them entirely.
• Wear and Tear: Pushing oneself too often and too much will increase the wear and tear on the body to the point where the wear and tear on the body becomes significant, potentially lowering lifespan or necessitating removal of the implant package.
• Electricity/EMP/Ion: Exposure to high powered Electric/EMP/Ion weapons past the point that the system is rated to handle can cause the system to go into a low-power standby mode to protect the user, only restarting when it detects that it is safe to do so. Typical symptoms include dizziness, nausea, temporary loss of or impaired motor control and an inability to focus.
• The Force: The implant package has no inbuilt defense against the force and all the complications that it brings.

Mandalorians have always found new and inventive ways to ensure that the gap between force user and non-force user was as close as was possible, and the 'Rammikad' enhancement package is no different. While there may be few Mandalorians who consider the entire concept to be 'cheating', or 'unsporting', there are those who understand that like the various improvements made to beskar'gam, this is no different from any of the other tools at a Mandalorian's disposal. The project was the brainchild of Strill Securities Vuhyr'yalilyr Al'verde Rusana Kyrdol, who noticed that while her commandos were at the peak of physical conditioning, there was only so much their natural abilities could take them, and given how badly outnumbered and outgunned they tended to be, along with the increasing threat of force users, she approached then head of R&D Shuklaar Kyrdol about a solution.

Cybernetics were far from Shuklaar's area of expertise, but given the relatively recent acquisition of Breshig Cybernetics and their excellent work on the 'Iron Mind' neural interface, he knew just who to turn to. The disillusioned R&D team from the newly acquired company were ecstatic to be put to work once more, and it was barely a month later when they presented Shuklaar with one of the best detailed project briefs he'd seen in a long time. The team had interviewed members of Breshig War Forge Consolidated's corporate security teams, elite commandos, pilots, shock troopers and the 'average' line trooper from Strill Securities for information. They'd even developed a system that analyzed data from combat footage and collated reports. With several mugs of shig at his disposal, Shuklaar took to reading the project doc, and realized they'd spent their credits well.

The very next day, the project was greenlit, and barely a month later, humanoid testing started. The testing was on an entirely volunteer basis, though there were a few issues to work out, the project proved ultimately successful, though it also proved that the potential user pool was far smaller than they'd initially estimated. The 'Rammikad' enhancement package was only really issued to the Vuhyr'yalilyr and the Vornskr Mirshir-Jurkad Rammikade, and what few were in surplus were sold off. The enhancement packages are manufactured as needed, both for sale as well as for use by Strill Securities.
