Valor the Forsaken

Valor sat in a quiet corner of the training room, toying with a practice saber. His fingers traced the hilt, unfamiliar with how the inner workings of a lightsaber functioned. Curiosity gnawed at him, driving a desire to understand what made the weapon tick. Spread out around him were a notebook, a sketchbook, and a datapad filled with all the information he could find on lightsabers. His messenger bag rested nearby, spilling over with additional tools and notes.
He was attempting to disassemble the training saber, driven by the need to uncover its intricate parts. Yet, instead of using physical tools, he paused, staring at the screen of his datapad, where a mantra was displayed:
"The crystal is the heart of the blade,
The heart is the crystal of the Jedi,
The Jedi is the crystal of the Force,
The Force is the blade of the heart."
Valor's brow furrowed in concentration. He knew lightsaber construction was more than mechanics; it was a meditative process. No tools could guide him through this—only focus. With a deep breath, he centered his mind, intent on unraveling the mystery of the saber before him.
Slowly, he levitated the training blade, his hand hovering just beneath it. The familiar hum of the Force flowed through him, and the saber responded. The casing trembled slightly before a panel shifted, loosening as if guided by invisible hands. Piece by piece, the hilt began to disassemble, each component floating in the air before him.
"The crystal is the heart of the saber,
The saber is the heart of the Jedi,
Through the crystal, the Force flows,
And through the Force, the Jedi grows.
The blade and heart as one, they shine,
Bound by the Force, in perfect line."
