- Shamans

PHYSICAL INFORMATION
  • Age: 7 [Flash cloned]
  • Force Sensitivity: Master
  • Species: Draelvasier [Aeravalin]
  • Appearance:
The High Shaman, Drek'ma is the senior Aeravalin Shaman within the order of the Seers. Only second to a Seer themselves, Drek'ma is a well worn and talented force user. His cosmic abilities entirely focused on the control of various creatures. The Shaman stands at roughly eight feet in height, clad in heavy bronze Impervium armour. A staggering sight.

SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Name: High Shaman Drek'ma
  • Loyalties: The Bryn'adûl
  • Wealth: No
  • Notable Possessions: Bronze Ceremonial Seer Armour
  • Skills:
Drek'ma has one focus, as a military leader he commands many forces. Typically in charge of several Shamans, however their main focus is the maintenance of control over the animals and beasts combatively used within the conquests of the Bryn'adûl. Drek'ma has an unprecedented ability to control creatures of all shapes and sizes and typically at the same time.

  • Personality: The High Shaman is a seat of responsibility and great prestige. Drek'ma seeks glory through the use of his awesome abilities, using animals as he see's fit to destroy the Bryn'adûl's fatally chosen enemies.
COMBAT INFORMATION
  • Weapon of Choice: The Cosmic Force
  • Combat Function: The High Shaman uses a beast centric variation of Battle Meditation, usually preferably having to stay outside of close quarters engagements. However when in close quarters battles, the High Shaman can easily make use of his agility and strength to fight opponents in tandem with assistance from his called upon creatures.
Strengths:
  • Beast Control: The Shamans of the Bryn'adûl have symbiotic relationships with the animals under their control, they are masters of the beast. The Shamans can successfully command various species previously tamed by the Bryn'adûl to follow complex tasks and fulfil particular strategic goals.
  • Aeravalin Intelligence: The Shamans are solely comprised of the Aeravalin race within the Draelvasier, and are typically more intelligent and disciplined than their fellow Bryn'adûl warriors. Their scientific and decisive minds allow them to perform well under pressure, maintaining control of their animals even during personal combat.
  • Thick Hide: Like all races within the Bryn'adûl, the Aeravalin have a tough reptilian and bone-like hide that provides great protection against all forms of injury.
  • Agile: These Shamans train both body and mind. Also due to their racial physical composition can be considered agile, able to move and escape various attacks through their ability to climb and traverse otherwise difficult surfaces.
  • Protected: When the beasts of the Bryn'adûl are deployed to a battlefield, it is crucial that the control of these beasts is not lost, therefore the Shamans are typically protected by an escort of Bryn'adûl Bellators, the High Shaman in particular usually with a few Striker Squads as well.
  • Competent: The High Shaman is also a competent warrior when dealing with close quarters threats.
Weaknesses:
  • I’m Melting: Heat is deadly, and the flesh of the Aeravalin is sensitive to it. This causes lower performance in combat within heated areas and a weakness to explosives and fire.
  • Infrared Vision: Draelvasier have infrared vision, seeing through heat. This can be a problem with explosives in combat, as high exposures of heat will blind them temporarily.
  • Bigger Target: Stealth isn’t quite so easily achieved by the Draelvasier, their bodies are heavy and weighted, powerful. But this also means that they can be heard or seen coming from miles away.
  • Deterioration of Mind: The Shamans are amongst the most fanatic and psychotic of the Bryn'adûl, this coupled with the strenuous struggles of cloned force users to maintain sanity - cause infrequent issues in regards to prolonged stability of mind.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION:
The ability to command the cosmic powers of the force is rare amongst the Draelvasier, even rarer so to find those with competent enough abilities to be named master of an ability as difficult as control of many beasts and creatures. The Shamans of the Bryn'adûl are rare and vital members of their society.

Residing within the Elite Caste, the Order of Shamans belong to the Seers. Highly intelligent and powerful force users that serve as advisers to the Chieftain of the Bryn'adûl and Draelvasier. The shamans are chosen for their force potency during the process known as the Kad'Maera, the system of both training and education within the Draelvasier. From that point on, their education is overseen by the Seers, teaching them to serve as Beast Masters for the Chieftains war-effort.

The High Shaman is a step above the other Shaman's, typically the strongest and smartest of their lot. The High Shaman is a decorated combatant and force user. Drek'ma in particular's talents within the use of beast control by far outweigh that of many within the galaxy. A prodigy of Draelvasier genetics and training.

First, I just need the links section to link to their respective things, rn it's just text.

Second, and this is just my curiosity- you can add in something about it or not, it's entirely optional. Frequently cloned force users struggle in prolonged ways with their sanity. Is that a problem, or might it be a problem later, for this NPC?
