  • Barricas Oil Infused: Treated with the Barricas Oil, the Barad Glaive is afforded the ability to defend against lightsaber and blaster attacks.
Strengths:
  • Saber Deflection: The Glaive can contend with the impressive cutting power of a Lightsaber throughout the extent of a prolonged fight.
  • ​Reach: Due to the Glaive's size, this weapon grants the user impressive reach in melee combat.
  • ​Ease of Momentum: The Glaive's large hilt and weighted blade allows for easily achieved momentum compared to weapons such as swords.
Weaknesses:
  • Not a Laser: Whilst the Glaive may be able to contend with a Saber, it cannot match its cutting power. The Glaive cannot carve through metals in such a fashion that a Lightsaber can.
DESCRIPTION:
​The Barad Glaive is one of many new Barad Weapons intended to be used by the Bryn'adûl. This Glaive is typically used by the Brutes of the Bryn'adûl. The weapon is intended to compliment their impressive strength and combative abilities.

​The Glaive's size and cutting power is intended to mirror the impressive strength of the Baedurin of the Draelvasier. The weapon has many advantages against typically swords and short ranged weapons, however suffers in its limitations as solely a simplistic tool.
