- Appearance: Burc is approximatly one meter in length, weighing in at one hundred pounds, with gold colored fur that flaps in loose folds which extends to a thin whip like tail. On each of it's six legs it has sharp claws common to members of it’s species, as a powerful jaw fitted with razor sharp fangs.

- Personality: Burc is usually calmed and reserved, waiting for commands to be issued from Walon Rauth or in extreme instances Zenia Rauth. It's is very suspicious of newcomers unless they have proven themselves in it's eyes or it is ordered to stand down by Walon, then it treats them with with mild affection as a friend of it's master, though it has been known to show more affection towards pregnant females. It absolutely adores Walon, and obeys him with out question. Burc also has a strong parental instinct that is shared amongst it's species, meaning it regards Zenia as it's own pup and often builds a nest for her out of anything available, such as blankets and pillows.
- Training: Note: All commands must be isssued in Mando'a, otherwise Burc will disregard them.
- - Hunt: Burc has been trained to hunt both on it's own and return with food, or to hunt alongside it's master.
- - Track: Burc has been trained to sniff a smell sample and track a designated target as ordered by it's master.
- - Stealth: Burc has been trained to stay in the shadows and keep quiet when ordered, following it's master's lead when ordered.
- - Attack: Burc has been trained to attack a designated target when ordered.
- - Guard: Burc has been trained to assume a sentinel position when ordered, and will remain at that position until ordered to cease. If a threat presents itself, he will alert Walon or the person Walon designates with a growl. It will even remain at that position if Walon is out of sight.
- - Protect: Burc can be ordered to specifically to protect a certain individual, usually this being Zenia Rauth. When this order is effect, Burc will watch it's charge like a hawk, and if any threat materializes it will first warn with a growl before full on attacking the threat if it persists.
- - Obey: Burc is able to be detached from Walon and operate under the command of another if ordered to do so. This individual must speak Mando'a or otherwise Burc will ignore their commands.
- COMBAT INFORMATION
- Combat Function: Burc serves an important companion to Walon in combat, being able to either stealthily take down a target or in watching his back at all times. In an open battle scenario, Burc is able to take care of itself, continuing in his function to watch Walon's back.
- Strengths:
- Jaws and Claws: Burc is naturally gifted with a set of razor sharp claws and fangs, the jaws especially being capable of - puncturing the skulls on most species. A strill's claws also enable a strill to climb both trees and buildings.
- Carry More: Strills are stronger than their own size would indicate, capable of taking down prey much larger than itself and dragging it back a considerable ways.
- Falling With Style: The loose skin flaps on a strill enable it to glide, usually from a great height to attack it's prey.
- Cold Climates: Strills are able to survive cold climate without any trouble.
- Better Hearing: Strills have better hearing abilities than humans, making them great in a watch dog capability.
- Weaknesses:
- The Smell: Strills have a very particular smell that is irritable to human males, limiting it's effectiveness against them.
- Loyal to a Fault: Burc will stay by it's master through the worst conditions, even if it means the lose of it's own life.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Walon can never remember a time Burc has not been by his side, as Burc has been around since day one. Having been the guardian on the Rauth clan since it's birth over one hundred and twenty years ago, if Burc could speak it would be able to tell stories of Rauths from days gone by. When Walon was eight years old and beginning to accompany his father into battle, Atin charged Burc with specially protecting Walon, much as Atin's father charged Burc to watch Atin when he was a boy. Burc took to the task with loyalty not even seen by Mandalorian clans, saving Walon's life on numerous occasions. When Walon decided to leave behind the ways of his ancestors, Burc followed him without a second thought, seeming to agree with farm life. Though there was an incident involving another neighbor's livestock, Walon managed to patch things up and kept Burc from killing domesticated animals. When things fell apart for Walon and his wife was murdered, Burc was assigned to watch the infant Zenia Rauth while she was being cared for by neighbors. When Walon's vengence was saited, he took Burc with him to the stars. Burc now mainly keeps an eye on Zenia when Walon needs to go away for a period of time, or divert his attention for whatever reason. It is a task it's has done for years, and will do for Zenia and her children, plus her children's children's children, and potentially beyond...
