Private Bury the Past

"Welcome to the grave of countless fools and the place we should of laid to rest past failures."

The harsh wind of the desert blew against their forms, cloaks flowing in the wind as they stood at the precipice, overlooking the Valley of the Jedi. The Sith Master was not as before, his robes no longer tattered rags but fine black garments with red outlines adorned in insignia. His frail body still supported by walking aid from his stick, the Elder shifted his dark gaze over the student.

"Once long ago, this was a place of power. The final resting place of thousands of Jedi and Sith, the location where the Brotherhood of Darkness met it's final end. Do you know why I brought you here?"

"I have no answer." Alina mused idly as she stepped up beside Darth Solipsis Darth Solipsis . It was good to see the Sith Lord no longer wearing rags. Seemed more fitting to his station. She herself was just in a simple grey, sleeveless tunic and slacks. Rather simple clothing. Her armor had been left behind. He knew nothing of such armor, and it could be used to hide her identity, if she needed to. Always good to have something in the back pocket.

That also meant she didn't have her Lightspear. Just the ornately made crossguard lightsaber on her hip. Her yellow eyes stared over the valley. She could feel the death. Her eyes narrowed before she glanced back to the Lord. "I imagine there is something to learn here?"

"Indeed."

The Sith Master quipped, his eyes shifting over the horizon and the valley below. "The Brotherhood of Darkness was an insurmountable force, built in mockery of the Jedi Order. It's weaknesses were obvious, it's members blind with ambition under the vision of a single ruler who deemed himself their equal." The Elder smirked, a slight chuckle escaping his lips. "The death of the Brotherhood gave rise to the Rule of Two and the Order of Sith Lords culminating in the reign of Darth Vader and Darth Sidious the Great. We are on the precipice of this same event, history repeats itself over and over." He stepped forward and let himself fall off the ledge of the cliff side into the valley below without warning.

He felt the wind sudden rush up to give him a kiss, pressing against his form violently as he straightened himself and focused, slowing his descent through the Force. HIs body vibrated and shook as he slowed, almost gently floating if one could not see the signs. HIs feet touched upon the solid rock at the bottom, a sharp hiss followed as his dreaded gaze snapped to the form of Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru . The Sith Lord waited for but a moment before stepping forward in stride once more, he walked toward the site of where the greatest nexus in the galaxy once stood. He walked to ground zero, the detonation zone of the Thought Bomb.

It was there he would wait.

"History to repeat itself? I doubt we'll ever see the Rule of Two work in this galaxy. Too many Sith, too much power." To waste. It was better to make them a tool than to kill them out right. Alina had every intention of taking all the Sith for herself, one day. For now though, she watched Darth Solipsis Darth Solipsis drop. Well, float. A handy trick she wished she could have for herself. Unfortunately, well.

She never would.

She jumped down regardless. Her inhuman body and Matukai made it easy for this kind of thing. She hit the ground with a dull thud, but looked none the worse for wear. Instead just lifting her gaze to look around where he'd brought them.

"Do you think anything survived the explosion?"
