Biography:
Initially constructed as a BX series Droid commando, BX-22222 received his programming from a zealot for the cause. His downloaded personality has traces of programming that make him have less self preservation due to knowing his makers were infallible. After initial construction was finished he was retrofitted with a 'shard', a sentient crystal that was self aware and force sensitive.
Splinter, as the shard was referred to as, was formerly an Iron Knight and retained it's abilities and knowledge gleaned from a long life cycle. Having seen the wars first hand Splinter volunteered to be placed within the Droid commando.
As the two distinct personalities coexist with a single purpose of serving the CIS they took the name Duece. Often times Duece is heard arguing with himself as only those that hear can witness one side of the argument leading some to believe the Droid is malfunctioning.
