Cabbal Noir was born on Coruscant to an Echani mother and a Epicanthix father. He excelled in his studies and received top marks in his classes eventually going on to join the naval academy. Upon graduation Cabbal Noir served with the Republic Navy, or local naval forces, for most of 105 years of life. He started out as a simple junior officer and rose up through the ranks to his current position of prominence. He is an experienced in pitched battles with and for planetary defense forces and had an early career as something of an infamous pirate hunter. Later he grew into larger fleet actions where he earned a further reputation as a hardened drillmaster and an efficient fleet admiral.
