call out to all salvagers or people who want a new start

i feel like doing a little bit of pioneering. what im thinking of doing is starting up a city on Raxus Prime.
i dont know if there is a part in factory for cities but mah... we can work on that latter (if anyone knows the answer feel free to tell me)

the city will repopulate Raxus Prime, allowing "civilised" people to live on the scrap heap rather then just work out of salvage camps.

large scale salvage repair operations, space ports, shops, homes and pubs. all will be built, bringing life to the scrap world

this is just throwing the idea up in the air...
i would like at least 5 people to help start it up
