What are you doing with your Chiss character?

My Chiss is a slicer who works for the One Sith and also operates a criminal syndicate in Coruscant underworld. He was born on a planet in the Outer Rim so he's quite different from Chiss who were born on Csilla.

Why do you ask?

My Chiss is a graduate of the Chiss Ascendancy who moved away to the greater galaxy and has become a bodyguard-for-hire. Her last employer was Cryax Bane, and while she still on occasion assists the Red Ravens, her future right now is uncertain (aka, I haven't yet gotten around to getting her another bodyguard job xP).

[member="Cryax Bane"], I have a very well-known infamous Chiss character that I was considering bringing back to the playing field. There was a time when he single-handedly built the strongest faction at TRF, which lasted for just under a year before it collapsed when TNO decided to declare war on it during the "fleet reset."

From there, he went on to a few other communities and eventually faded into history and distant memory. He was one of my favorite characters though.

I wasn't entirely sure if I should resurrect the role plays that got him so much attention all those years ago or not. I'd need more than just myself to pull them off.

His name was Aldrex'ile'nuruodo, better known as Xilen. He was banished from House Nuruodo and, after IRL years of plotting, he managed to assassinate the head of each Chiss House; Nuruodo, Cspala, Sabosen and Inrokini were the primaries but there were also 3-4 player created houses that he also took down (with their permission). After that, he single-handedly dissolved the Chiss Ascendency, blaming the galaxy at large for the assassinations and launched the first Sovereign Chiss Empire (SCE). It literally held half of the galaxy before The New Order, The Republic, and several other factions spear-headed it all at the same time to stop it.

One of the most fun role plays I've ever done, aside from my Hapan Civil War roleplays.

I've always liked Chiss culture and history, just never had a good character idea for a Chiss character.

Your character Xilen sounds amazing. I've always wanted for Cryax to meet more "Chiss Ascendancy type" Chiss, and discover more about the culture that he was never a part of. If you get this character going again, I'd definitely do some threading.

I love Chiss, and Cryax is my favorite character to write. So anything related to a Chiss faction, I'd be interested in being a part of.

I think we have enough Chiss characters to launch something. I could bring Xilen into the fray if you are all willing to get involved.

Provided no one steals this idea for resurrection too.
