So how are you planning on going about making this? Will it's conception be presented via RP, or will you just create a minor faction right off?

Both. Do a foundation thread first. Then set up a minor faction account.

The group will work as a shadowy anti-hero org that embeds itself in conflicts around the galaxy.

I am also interested.
My character holds loyalties of several clans via RP. So we'll have my Tol Varen troops and the man power of several clans. Though, clan stuff is central to my character. However, if written correctly I can see us avoiding drama. This could be a good purpose.
