Can anyone make high quality Gifs?

This would be helpful if you have seen Final Fantasy: Advent Children. I would like a high quality picture for an avatar of Kadaj's face becoming Sephiroth. This video from 2:03 to 2:08. Starting when it is just him and ending on his eyes.

To do this, I would need a HD version of this part of the movie. I can easily get the gif from it, but the high quality you ask for has to come from the video first.

This is the closest I could find, 480p, would that make a good one? I know when you make things smaller it could mess them up

0:01-0:04 ish with cropping that it mainly shows the face. If this isn't the best or just possible then ok, just thought it would look cool when Valdra goes through the changes I have planned for him.

Alright, here's what I grabbed from that shot, I think I have it down to the actual second you wanted. Just a note, I can create the gifs, but I cannot edit them. Should you need them edited, or thrown into a signature, I highly suggest contacting Sitara Qin for that kind of stuff. She does amazing work.​
