I am trying to make this my avatar, but it stops moving, can anyone help?

It's gotta be 200x200 and can't be bigger than 200kb, I think.

In any case I gave it a go:

The .gif was 51 frames, I had to cut it down to 31 as well as ditch some of the quality.
