If my commpany is sometimes partners with a subsidary of a cannon company, can I own a cannon company?(I own neither the sub, or the parent company.)

If you do not presently own a canon company under any character or alt, then yes you may submit for one that is not presently owned in the Factory.

Writers may only own 1 canon company each.

Can a canon company merge with another (NPC-controlled!) canon company, even though, in canon they did not? (Assume one did not become a subsidiary of the other either)
