Can't change display name?

• Short Description: Trying to change display name to Zandra Tal'verda. Keeps saying I have an incorrect password.
• Browser: Firefox and chrome
• Severity: I also tried do it on my main, Feena, just to see if I could. Still said my password is wrong.
• Description: When I try to change my display name, I get a message saying my password that I just put in is wrong. I tried to change my password once last night and it seemed to make no difference. The password is fine, because I logged on with it today. I haven't ever changed my display name on this account before. Capslock is not on. I checked.
