I don't understand that. I'm not new to the site, so I won't spam the place. I just want to make a company for this character

It’s to stop people creating a character, unloading lots of submissions, then not following through. By making sure people have 50 posts (which is very easy to get) it means they’re somewhat invested in the character.

Sure you can. You can RP him founding the company or such. All you need is a bit of imagination.
