Appearance:
Captain Zambarau, if one didn't know his reputation, might assume him to be a friendly old grandfather. The middle-aged Keshiri possesses kind, passive eyes, wrinkles that crinkle when he smiles, slick lavender hair peppered by white, and only a single scar behind an ear, that runs down his neck. His skin, although usually a calm violet, can change based on his mood. It can fluctuate between a sad blue, to, very rarely, an angry burgundy.
He usually wears a suit and tie, preferring shades of purple, although black is common as well. In the way of weapons, he usually has on him at least five vibroknives, hidden in various secret sheaths. He also carries a visible WESTAR-34, that has obviously been fired many times. He always looks clean and pristine, and even carries a handkerchief to keep it so.
Zambarau was obviously once quite muscled, but his old age has stripped him of some of his physique. Despite his age, he is still quite strong, lean and weathered.
Personality:
Much like his looks, on personality alone, one could mistake Tobias Zambarau for an old teacher, or a religious leader. He is exceptionally calm at all times, not letting much change the placid violet color of his skin. Even in the midst of battle, he doesn't normally lose his cool.
In calmer situations, Tobias takes the role of the polite father. He is collected, inquisitive, humble, and above all, calculated. His words are moderated, and each action looks smooth, almost rehearsed. He seems to have a comeback for every bad word tossed his way, and a compliment to repay any niceties. He even completely respects Force-Users, both Jedi and Sith, equally, to almost a fanaticism.

Combat Function:
In battle, the Purple Captain is extremely competent in a number of roles. In an ideal situation, Zambarau stays behind his troops, giving orders plainly and calmly. If confronted himself, he is no slacker. If confronted by blaster fire, he will either find cover, or use his sharpened reflexes to almost dance around bolts, while using his blaster, or his knives to get the job done.
He truly shines, however, when he is confronted by a saber-wielder. Captain Zambarau will almost always get in close, his moves quick and calculated. Throughout the fight, he will get a feel for his enemy's style, and will adapt his own for it. Because of his research, he is extremely confident dealing with most lightsaber forms and Force abilities.

History:
Tobias Zambarau was born for great things.
Born in 807 ABY on Kesh, the Zambaraus did not have an easy life. They were part of a sect of Keshiri that still worshipped the Sith, even after the Darkness. The group was small, and they were led by only three weak Sithlings, but the clan was still extremely religious, thinking these beings to be the Skyborn that protected them. Tobias was trained in the use of blasters, fists, and all manner of weapons, but had always taken a fascination to the lightsaber, something he was forbidden to use. At the age of seven, the little boy tried to steal a lightsaber for himself, and was rewarded for his efforts with "recorrection" from the Skyborn, which resulted in a permanent scar behind his ear.
At the age of eleven, the Skyborn got too ambitious. They wanted to take a part of Kesh for themselves. They mustered the clan, Tobias included, marched to the City of the Doomed, called by a dark entity. The other Kesh organized a counter-attack, and the Sith were swiftly defeated, being captured and kept prisoner. Because he was so young, Zambarau was given a choice; rot with his family, or join the Kesh military. He chose the military, at the behest of his clan.
The military quickly realized, despite the young cadet's age, that he was far better trained than even the older at his academy. They sent him quickly through the ranks, until he had achieved the rank of lieutenant at the age of fourteen. He couldn't abandon his people's ways, despite what the academy told him, still believing those with the Force to be celestial entities. At fifteen, he snuck off-planet, intent on serving his intended masters.
Tobias spent many years with many different groups, bouncing around as factions rose and fell, staying out of the light. He picked up many different fighting styles, including the Echani arts and Teras Kasi. He had no preference whether he battled for the Jedi, or the Sith, or all manners in-between. He studied them from afar, learning their styles and tactics, studying their speeches, what made them tick, what made them angry. He slowly realized they weren't gods, but were still extremely powerful entities, worthy of his respect.
It was during the One Sith Rebellion on Coruscant that Zambarau killed his first Force-User. A Sith Acolyte, much like the ones from his childhood, had tried to cut him in half. He sidestepped easily, and stabbed the young girl multiple times in the chest. He had felt a hint of sympathy, as he had killed who he once thought was God. It was then he was approached by a mysterious cloaked figure. He said he sympathized with the girl as well, and wished for it to never happen again. Tobias was intrigued by the man, and asked for identification, not recognizing him from anything.
"But a simple traveler," the General said, "who needs your assistance."
Zambarau was recruited to the Unification League, a shadowy organization that strived to not only destroy Force-Users, but to eradicate the influence of the Force on the Galaxy. Admiring the cause, and the opportunities that came with it, Captain Zambarau took his position, and immediately began his work. Due to his previous experience with Force-Users, and his incredibly-astute mind, he lifted up the organisation, and has begun his experiments on Force-Sensitive individuals. Whether these experiments succeed is yet to be determined.
Intent:
To create an in-depth antagonist for Ghorua the Shark and his alts to use in threads, to start an amazing arc, to entertain the masses, and to become a possible character in the future.
