Appearance: red curly hair, freckles, glasses, generally wearing something bookish. Carl is incredibly skinny and lacking muscle, though his is rather spry and full of energy.
Personality: Carl is a highly enthusiastic and hopeful college intern. He is ambitious, friendly, well meaning and starry-eyed. He has a wry sense of humor that is mostly religated to order, organization and satire. He is quite nieve, superlatively honest, and hard working.
Weapon of Choice: his superlative knowledge of organization and computer programming.
Wealth: Carl is a college student which pretty much means he's broke. His personal possessions are pretty much limited to a jalopy speeder, a datapad, his clothes, and his enthusiasm.
However, his extra credit work for Doctor Lumi Snow for the Dal'Bor University has given him a lot of science equipment and medical supplies--all on loan.
Combat Function: Carl isn't much of a fighter. He is very much a bookish person who prefers to learn and persue the path of peace or talk through a situation before violence occurs. If combat occurs he will go for cover and try to just make his way through it without getting shot to death. It there is no possible way to run or hide, he will rely upon the wild, crazy punching and kicking without much hope of hitting.

Other Notes:
Carl grew up in the suburbs of Dal'Bor and is one of the few youth to live a crime free youth and childhood. Carl always had the ambition in life to become a doctor and gradute from the University of Dal'Bor. However, the expense of college largely made that a dream until James Justice took control of the city. The crime lord's scholarship initiative paved the way for this youth to have a chance at his dreams of higher education. After a few years of college education the opportunity to work with one of the brightest minds of the galaxy, Doctor Lumi Snow, presented itself. Carl applied for the position as her unpaid intern in return for college credits, Unknown to him, the youth would soon become woven into a world of adventure and benevolence.
