The Carolean Heavy Dreadnaught, at 974 meters in length, is just bellow 1,000, and uses heavy turbolasers, ioncannons, anti air cannons, torpedoed launcher has, proton missles to make up for its weak shields and engines, along with heavy armor replacing a fighter, bomber, or interceptor aboard.
The Carolean Cc-- f1 carrier, at five hundred meters is armed with laser cannons, shields, powerful engines, light anti air weaponry, and an extreme weak haul, carries five hundred fighters, 200 bombers, -and 300 interceptors, along with drop ships. It is actually 800feelt wide, much of threat being hanger and engine.
Are these ok?
They are both faction vessels, and the main bulk of our small fleet.

Welcome to the factory!
I see this is your first submission to the factory, and indeed the starship section of the factory, so I will be walking you through the process of creating your submission and helping you get it approved.
First, we will need to head over to the Starship Information & Templates page in the Starship section of the factory. Here we will find the rules for starships, the various templates for each size classification, and other useful tools to be used when creating a starship.
Right now you have two types of starships you're inquiring for, in the factory we only permit one item per submission - so we will need to split this up into two submissions, one for each starship.
We will tackle the Carolean Heavy Dreadnought (974 meters) here, and we can discuss your other starship in a new, and separate, submission.
As your ship is within our Cruiser range of 500-1000 meters, we will be looking at that template for this submission. Cruiser Link:http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Cruiser Variants:Cruiser, Assault, Anti-Starfighter, Escort, Exploration, Heavy Cruiser, Medical, Patrol, Transport Average Length: 500-1000 Meters.

Based on the information you've already provided, I think you're looking for a heavily armed ship and thus something along the lines of a heavy cruiser.
Here is our speed chart, to give you a good idea of what the ratings mean and what you should expect for various sizes of ships.
And here is our example ship loadout chart, which can give you a good idea of how your speed and maneuverability + armaments and defensive ratings can effect each other.
To help you out, I've made an example for you (below) to give you a good idea of what we're looking for. You can feel more than free to take this example and modify it to suit your ideas and desires. If you do decide to use it, keep in mind I did not complete the submission entirely, I left portions of it only with a description of what I would need filled out.
