Intent: To create a set of Lightsaber and blaster resistant armor for the use of large scale battles and for Xander's Alias. as well as using some cortosis that I have never used.
Development Thread: Cloudy Skies Ahead - Cortosis Raid, Received 30kgs of Cortosis. (I believe that I am using about ~10Kgs for this armor as I am using Cortosis weave instead of pure cortosis. if I am wrong please please correct me.)

Description:
A set of armor created from Spare amounts of cortosis that Xander has not used until this point. THe cortosis was put into a weave to allow less of the material to be used to get the desired effect for each part of the armor. Created to be black in color as well as a set of battle armor should Xander be in a rather large battle setting.
Head:
The head of the armor is made to be reminiscent look alike of Xresh, a Force hound, armor before his time with the Je'daii. As Xander takes a liking after the man and his feats of strength and loyalty to the cause. As such, The helmet looks very much akin to the armor that Xesh once wore. Made out of a Cortosis weave, With a lower percentage of cortosis, it can only block lightsabers and blaster bolts, but not short out lightsabers.
The helmet is made to encompass all of Xanders head, while plates of the same material are fashioned around the neck, to protect against his head being cut off. as well as provide more protection in places that would normally not be covered.
Chest: The chest plate is made mostly of the Cortosis weave with the same percentage as the helmet to just protect against lightsabers and blasters, but not short out lightsabers. Once again, fashioned after the Force hounds armor. A durasteel belt is made to provide a place to hold all of Xanders gear.
Arms/Shoulders:
The shoulders of the armor are made out of a durasteel with a thin layer of cortosis weave to protect against blaster fire and lightsabers, but The cortosis weave can be "shaved" or "broken" off with a series of hits from a lightsaber or blaster fire. For the arms, The gauntlets are made out of a higher percentage of Cortosis to allow the effect of shorting out lightsabers apparent. With Xanders affinity to lightsaber duels. Should he encounter other foes with ligthsabers. it gives him a form of protection against them, to short out their lightsabers and allow Xander to get the drop on them. However, the hands and the elbows are not protected.
Legs/Feet:
The legs and feet are not covered in cortosis or armor to allow quick running and easy use of his footwork with his lightsaber forms, however with the pants and most of the body covered in Armor weave, it protects against blaster fire, and glancing blows from lightsabers (3 glancing hits in one spot, or one direct hit) The greaves are made out of the same percentage of Cortosis and durasteel as the shoulders, allowing protection at a lower cost of the materials used.
