Casino attacks

Hey all,
Coming out of a discussion that is going on in this thread: http://starwarsrp.net/topic/41864-attack-at-the-casino/

I wanted to discuss as a group what our official stance is on other players making threads or coming into threads where they shoot up or blow up the casino. That way everyone is on the same page. And we as mods know what to tell our members.

Yes, we can put faction tags on casino threads, but I have a feeling this isn't something we're going to be able to stop. So let's have an official plan of action for when it happens.

I've spoken on this already-- I feel if I do so any further I may step on the toes of the sensitive types.

It's cool, man. This thread is for your voice to be heard too.

I actually don't care either way whether we choose to attack back or not. I just want us to all be on the same page so we don't confuse members.

My personal opinion is that it is getting out of hand. This is now the base of operations for a Major Faction, and it holds a heavy sum of security, and it will soon be tripling in security when I make the edits.

It is getting out of hand because no one RP's the consequences of attacking a casino with 1,000 security droids, let alone the base of a Major. Imagine entering the Coruscant Temple when it was still around, alone, and shooting it up. Imagine walking into the headquarters of the Mandalorians and shooting it up solo? I'm sure you guys can understand; you don't walk out alive from those experiences.

If you guys want, I'd be happy to make an official statement here on the forums to our members.

Something along the lines of:

"When RPing at the Casino or near it, be sure to tag all Casino posts as Faction. And if the Casino does get attacked in a thread, reach out to Ravens mods who will politely PM the attacker and tell he/she that our stance is we don't engage in these kinds of RPs."

Anything else I should add?

Add that, unless previously agreed upon, we politely request that you respect our wish that the casino is not a place for attacking the ravens or the casino yadda yadda you get the point.
