Personality: Catria is rather open-minded in most areas so long as the no-attachment, no-possession areas of Jedi doctrine aren't concerned. She was once described as being highly intelligent, almost unnaturally smart even, but she seemed to focus mostly on biomedical sciences. Plus, if the right opportunity comes up, and that she thinks it is doable, she will sometimes accept challenges. As a result of her Jedi training, she usually has good self-control, but can sometimes come off as a little cold. But, due to her upbringing and education, she is more of a Jedi traditionalist in terms of doctrine, yet is more open to learning in greater depth about the mechanisms of Force-powers and the biomedical sciences. Otherwise, in her dealings with other people, Catria is rather friendly, and she'd rather informal, since she'd rather not be called doctor once people get to know her.

Combat Function: Not being skilled enough in the use of Electric Judgment, pyrokinesis or cryokinesis to weaponize them, her main option remains the lightsaber; nevertheless, since she has been mostly a Jedi Healer during her career as a Jedi, her Soresu skill is regarded to be at a Padawan level. She would be more useful for healing other organics around her and keeping them capable of fighting than carrying out actual combat

History: Born on Ringo Vinda in 814 ABY, she was perceived as a child as being ripe for a rather special program of gifted education put in place by the Ringovindian government of the time that was specific to Force-users, entered from middle school, which allowed them to become knighted upon graduating from university. Also she skipped two grades under the top-8% policy of the time. And, due to her interest and knowledge of biomedical sciences, she quickly developed an interest for medicine, and thus was groomed to become a Jedi Healer. Also under the Ringovindian system, people entered medical school for five years directly as an undergraduate, with an option for a sixth year if they chose to earn an advanced degree prior to beginning clinical rotations, so she chose to undertake a MPH in community health, feeling that, as a Jedi Healer, getting a better feel for public service would allow her to better serve the people she swore to protect. As a result she earned a dual MD/MPH from Quendelton State University.
As a Jedi Healer holding a medical degree, she practiced medicine without the need of residency since Ringovindian law allowed special dispensation to practice medicine for duly trained Force-sensitives without the need to undertake residency, unlike NFU doctors. One appointment with Jessica Med-Beq in 844 ABY set her on a course that would change her life in the five years after that: she was somehow called in, alongside a few other Jedi Healers, under the leadership of Sasori Research, as well as other shipwrights, such as Ringovinda StarYards, for making engineering decisions pertaining to the Triage-class medical supercarrier, as it underwent fitting out, practicing on the lead ship upon completion for several years. Being fed up with such impersonal medical practice, she decided to go on a sabbatical on Maramere for further her meditation and time off for herself, and also further her Force-knowledge. Catria was finally asked to help out the Techno Empire round out its fledgling roster of Imperial Force-trainers, training Jessica in Force-healing while learning Electric Judgment, pyrokinesis and cryokinesis.
