Appearance: Celeste has a slightly darker skin colour, a sign of her status as she lived in the Royal District for a majority of her life where the sun was unblocked. Her hair is trimmed shorter and pulled back on one side of her head, the other side being left long and the dark roots change colour from a deep purple to a bright pink. The most outstanding aspect of her appearance is the cybernetic implants located on the left side of her head which help her with interacting with computer, making quick calculations, and for medium range communications. Celeste is of average height and weight, but her posture makes her figure seem taller than it is.
Personality: Outside of her occupation and event revolving around the possibility of increasing the prestige of her business Celeste is often considered a rather laid-back individual, often dropping her serious persona for a more sarcastic and carefree one. However when in a serious situation, often with other influential or dangerous figures, she takes on a more calculating attitude, carefully planning each word that she lets out of her mouth. Above all however, she puts her loyalty towards Kailari first.

Combat Function: Celeste is mildly competent with a handheld blaster due to her implants, but has no official training and will find any alternative to fighting if she can. If close enough Celeste can interact with droids who have low security functions on them, allowing her to control them, force them to shut down, or access and manipulate their programming.

- Cybernetic Implants: Celeste can use these to interact with enemy droids and computers to manipulate them in a number of ways.
- Optic Implant: Her Left eye can be used to see through walls and to assist her with aiming a weapon.
- Not a Fighter: All her fighting ability comes from her implants, and even with them she can still be easily outclassed by a properly trained soldier.
History: Celeste was the only daughter of a minor aristocratic house in the royal district of Zakuul to distant and often gone parents. Growing up with little attention caused her to turn towards other people and events in search of both emotional connections and entertainment, often sneaking out of the house during her childhood and teenage years to go and find some way to have fun. Eventually she found her way to the Old World, the city beneath the Spire. There she found questionable individuals who she found to be rather fun people, often going with them when they committed questionable acts of vandalism by hacking through holo-boards in minor criminal acts reminiscent of the infamous terrorist Firebrand as a way of entertainment. It was through these individuals that Celeste learned how to slice and manipulate computers, even getting an implant to help her with these acts. Eventually however, the acts grew too bold for Celeste to handle when one of the group's bombs accidentally resulted in the deaths of four individuals, resulting in Celeste being apprehended by the skytroopers. When news of a proficient hacker with valuable intel and implants reached the royal district, Kailari found such a valuable individual to be a useful pawn. Celeste refused to reveal information to the Administator of Overwatch, but Kailari's reputation among the people and charisma won Celeste over and she even assisted in the capture of her former gang. After this Kailari took advantage of Celeste's natural intelligence and implants and helped her rise throughout the ranks of the new public Valkori Technologies, eventually taking control of the company and secretely bending it to work for Kailari who operated behind the scenes.
Intent: Celeste is made as a puppet for Kailari to control the most influential business on Zakuul without it being officially tied to the royal family. As such, she often acts as the face of the business and in more personal manners as a liaison between Kailari and any targets.
