STRENGTHS:
Mandalorian Upbringing:
Cenn comes from the martially dominated world of Mandalore, and as such had an upbringing filled with the vibrant culture which places a focus on honor, integrity, personal strength and skill.
Military Training:
Upon joining the Galactic Alliance, Cenn was trained in all the facets of being a soldier. From martial skills such as marksmanship to hand-to-hand combat, and so on. He is proficient with basic medical practices on the field, as well as being adept with combat tactics, though anything in the realm of campaign and theatre strategy is lost on the man.
Cautious:
No action goes without thought and planning, and Cenn makes it a point in everything that he does that it is well considered out and plausible. He rarely takes risks when the option is available and takes great care in rationing things like ammunition and food.
Weaknesses:
Indecisive:
A consequence of his caution, Cenn is often caught with indecision when there is no right call. He is rarely able to act on impulse, spending time in contemplation until a more favorable option presents itself, or more likely, the choice is made for him by another or a shift in the situation.
Prideful:
Cenn acts with pride, a quality he inherited from his culture. He is unable to break his code of honor and will often act in ways that are not favorable because it would sully said pride.
Superiority Complex:
Mandalorians are often touted as the best soldiers, the best warriors, and as such Cenn believes that none can compare. He was born with the blood of warriors and thinks himself better than others who claim no such heritage. This usually manifests in small ways, snide remarks, and subtly derogatory comments. He also cannot resist challenges that might question his cultural superiority.
APPEARANCE:
While not exceptionally tall Cenn possesses an athletic, though lithe, build. His skin is fair, though slightly darkened from time in the sun, covering his modest musculature. Blonde hair covers his head, cut just short of any regulation. A pair of blue orbs sit in the center of his face. His visage is often calm and his facial features are soft, a testament to his youthful age.
BIOGRAPHY:
Cenn was the second child of three to a pair of hardworking parents. His father worked in shipping, and was often not around. Their mother on the other hand worked security. She was in charge of making sure they were attentive when she was not working. As such the children grew up slightly independent, though they never had to worry about finances and the likes. He was formally educated and lived without want, his subsistence relied on his parents until the age of sixteen. It was firmly suggested that he find his own way and merely a year later he was out on his own.
First was work on the shipyards, moving cargo from starship to starship. Next came construction work, developing cities that would likely be destroyed in the next Mandalorian war. More than a few years passed and he began to fill out as a man. With no real goal he was aimless and he looked to advanced education as a way to further himself in life.
Through the course of his studies Cenn began to learn of the more recent actions of the Mandalorians, and the galaxy as a whole, coming to realize the hypocrisy that surrounded his people and the subtle lack of care when it came to honor. Such things pushed him away from Mandalore, and eventually he left, seeking other prospects more in-line with his personal beliefs.
It was the Red Starbird of the Galactic Alliance that caught his attention, their focus on honor, morality, and integrity- qualities he was familiar with- drew him in. At first he simply wandered from system to system to find his place. The stark contrast of the Alliance's city-scapes of gleaming structures and lavish green gardens clashed with the engrained memories of home: skylines jagged from half-broken buildings, the craters in the streets that he used to play in, the blaster marks that lined his house's outer walls. These newfound sights of prosperous days in a more forgiving and peaceful land served to show Cenn that there was more to life than constant warfare.
But he was still Mandalorian, and warfare was all he knew.
Whether it was through grit, pride, or sheer dumb luck Cenn found himself in the Pathfinders, ready to show these delicate flowers exactly how to conduct war. With the fall of the Galactic Alliance, Cenn went his own way, putting his training to use in a personal effort to bring freedom to the galaxy.
