OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
• Intent: To provide a sufficiently capable task force assigned as the personal guard for Rear Admiral Thrael of the Galactic Empire's Imperial Navy.
• Image Credit: Image resized from: Here
• Role: While they are members of the Imperial Military, they serve as Thrael's personal guard at virtually ever moment they are needed.
• Links: Death Trooper

GENERAL INFORMATION

COMBAT INFORMATION
• Availability: Unique.
• Deployment: Limited.
• Strengths & Weaknesses:
1. Taking into consideration the capabilities and parameters of the Death Trooper's standard armor, Cerberus Squadron is trained specially for one thing: Assisting and defending Rear Admiral Thrael in all aspects of his military field. Outside of basic training for a Death Trooper, they have been trained in extensive martial arts combat and strategic supremacy by the Rear Admiral himself.
2. While they are not nearly as capable as him, they are capable of holding their own in combat against foes the Rear Admiral might find himself facing off against. They excel especially against lightly armored units and troops designed for light operations but are capable of taking on medium and heavy grade units as well though they are more likely to take damage from those types of units.
3. Following suit with their weakness to Ionic combat weapons, the Cerberus Squadron is trained to expect and identify such weapons. While this does not negate this weakness it does, however, provide the squad with the ability to avoid direct conflict with units bearing such weapons.
4. Due to their close proximity with the Rear Admiral at most all times, long range communication is rarely necessary. However, Cerberus Squadron are still susceptible to the same failure to achieve long range communication. If they are required to do so, risking exposing themselves, they must turn on their long range communication modules and disrupt their cloaking technology.
5. Given their position as the Rear Admiral's personal guard Cerberus Squadron rarely requires use of their armors on board stealth technology. While this does not present an immediate concern, the tight quarters in which they are generally expected to perform in can bring their armor's specific weaknesses to bear. Among these are exposed joints and the toxic coolant used in their armor.
6. Among many downsides to individuals incapable of using or observing the Force, Cerberus Squadron is not excluded from that number. While they are plentifully capable of combating other non-Force combatants they struggle to combat practitioners of the Force - One such reason they carry sonic detonators; though they do not close the gap.
Description: Upon his initiation into the position of Rear Admiral of the Imperial Navy, as a measure of efficiency, Thrael saw fit to establish a unit of commandos for his personal defense. While any unit would have sufficed, and likely would have, the Chiss chose to be selective. Upon his first impression of the unit, dubbing them Cerberus Squadron, Thrael underwent the process of specially training them to be more capable than they were when they'd initially arrived in his company. Under his supervision the Chiss went so far as to train the unit in extensive martial arts techniques, active weapon countering tactics and even a modicum of his own personal strategic assessment technique.

Even within their training regimen only a select few were, or even would be, chosen for the Cerberus Squadron. And often times they were individuals specifically selected from those capable of most aspects of military and naval tactic. It was through Thrael's specific selection process, however, that each unit was chosen. Disregarding perfection the Chiss was careful to expect and initiate only the best of the best into his private, and by extension the Grand Moff and Emperor's, service. In short the Chiss impressed his own extensive training and expertise upon the troops he would have protecting him beyond his own ability to protect himself.

In it's refined and active state Cerberus Squadron consists of eight Death Troopers assigned monikers of Hades 1 through 8. While this number is marginally high, it allows for the Rear Admiral to station them in a variety of positions within an operating area.

Given their position as the Rear Admiral's personal guard Cerberus Squadron rarely requires use of their armors on board stealth technology. While they are capable of using it and providing themselves an upper hand on insurgents, they are more likely to be exposed during an attack on the Rear Admiral or his devices as they would be stationed in an environment where stealth is not needed.
• The first Weakness is phrased somewhat awkwardly – if I understand it correctly, you're saying that "the Squadron runs a high risk of being detected if they use long-range comms"
• Which ties directly into the second Weakness; here you state that they don't really use stealth all that much, which would then contradict the first Weakness.
• Additionally, the second Weakness isn't much of a weakness at all if they're still capable of using their stealth tech.
Please address the discrepancies above, and provide something more concrete in terms of Weaknesses.

[member="Netherworld"], I rephrased and punctuated the weakness regarding communication, changed the second weakness to one regarding field of combat and added a third to touch on their difficulty combating Force Sensitives!
