- Description: The Academy is located on an island and was carved out of a section of white rock jutting from the water. The architecture makes it resemble an ancient palace rather than a futuristic center of learning. It has a very clean, pure and majestic look, doubly so due to the presence of clear blue river waters running past it and away in a waterfall.
The West Wing - The scorched remains of a portion of the Academy's dormitories which were destroyed in a great battle roughly thirty years ago. Plans to rebuild this section have fallen through, and it now stands as an eerie memorial to those who perished that night.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Chaldean Academy was the first major structure built on the planet Chaldea by the first colonists. It is the heart of the capital city of Nezamiyeh, and has stood for over eight centuries. The campus is not only a center of learning, but also serves as the headquarters of the Chaldean Potentium and the final resting place of its founder, Bartych Halcorr, as well as several of its luminaries.
Because of its significance, the building has frequently been the target of attacks against the Potentium. The most recent was an assault which occurred roughly thirty years ago, during a civil war. Perpetrated by anti-Potentium rebels, the Academy's dormitories were set ablaze by a bomb planted in the West Wing, which still remains in ruins to this day.
