IN THE NAME OF ORDER
1.1. The purpose of the Confederacy is to promote peace, stability, and prosperity in the Outer Rim, through cooperation, mutual respect, and collective action.

Following the Mandalorian Neo-Crusader attack on the Royal Naboo Republic, a key Confederate ally within the Southern Systems Alliance, the Confederacy of Independent Systems has responded with a pre-emptive military strike on Umbara, a Mandalorian-occupied world. The Confederate Armed Forces launched this attack as an act of retaliation and to disrupt the Mandalorian foothold in the region. However, with the escalating conflict, the Confederate Parliament must now decide whether to formally declare war on the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders, shifting the conflict from a limited engagement into a full-scale military campaign.

Discussion Points
- Assess the Threat – Determine the extent of the Mandalorian Neo-Crusader threat to the Confederacy and its allies, including their long-term ambitions and military strength.
- Evaluate the Legality & Justification for War – Debate whether the Mandalorian attack on Naboo constitutes grounds for an official declaration of war under Confederate law and interstellar agreements.
- Analyze Military & Strategic Viability – Review Confederate Armed Forces capabilities, ongoing military engagements, and potential consequences of a prolonged war with the Neo-Crusaders.
- Discuss Diplomatic Ramifications – Consider how a formal war declaration might affect relations with neutral factions, allies, and other galactic powers, including whether it risks dragging the Confederacy into a broader conflict.
- Plan Economic & Logistical Measures – Address how a formal war effort would impact Confederate trade, supply lines, and resource allocations, ensuring stability within Confederate space.
- Determine the Next Course of Action – Vote on whether to:
- Officially declare war on the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders
- Continue limited military operations without formal war
- Seek diplomatic alternatives to de-escalate the conflict
