Changing passworx

So I can only remember my password because it's saved on my device. I wanted to change it to something I could remember. So. I go through all the steps for forgotten password. Got the email with the temp. Except it says my user account is one of my character accounts not my Rianna Organa. So each time I try to log in to be able to change it says I'm using a character account.

So I tried my email and got the incorrect account error. I just want to change my password to something I can remember .
