Changing sides

Doc had been hoping for place to place for weeks now trying to hook up with any member of the Imperial Remnant, I was so tired of pointless bickering and bureaucratic nonsense of the republic that to him seem a wait of time and resource that could be more effetely used else ware like where it actually mattered. I knew he didn’t want join with sith and he could no longer stay in the Republic military so he decided the Imperial Remnant was his best shot. He knew when finally managed to meet a member of the Imperial Remnant that convince them he was there to join them would be no easy task, and the indoctrination process would be intense. Since he started his journey weeks he been all to public about what his plans were.

Weiss looked up from the pile of paperwork on his desk. He puffed his cigarr and felt clumsy and less effective here. Desk job was not his strongest side, but then, it was a necessity and he did not want the imperial effectiveness be hampered by recklessness. Not even behind a desk.

He pulled out the latest form. A request to defect.

He scratched his chin and removed his cigarr, holding it within two fingers.

He nodded, this was not unheard of. But usually it went the other way around. Perhaps the tide is finally turning

"Right, have the coordinates sent to this one right away. Inform him that our shuttle will take him into our ranks straight away." Weiss ordered his second who made a swift salute and turned on his heels.

A doctor was highly valued among the storm corps. If the indoctrination went well they would have made a good recruitment.

Within hours [member="Doc Renfroe"] would recieve a message to take public transport X-Y33 to Crina and await further instructions.

As his datapad alerted to message and he head it, he let a sign ~Finally~ he thought to himself as made his way to local transport hub and boarded X-Y33 to Crina now he finally going to a chance to do his job with bureaucratic hassles that plagued the republic military. Several hours later the transport touched down on Crina he eagerly disembarked and await father orders he hadn’t been this excited since he graduated second in his class in medic school.

As Weiss got the report that [member="Doc Renfroe"] had indeed showed his interest to join the IR, Weiss forwarded the intel to Imperial Intelligence. There was a slight pause before he executed the message, the II was not something to meddle with unless one had good reasons. However, Weiss knew the constant need of skilled doctors and a possible informant on republic assets would be of interest to them.

As the message was sent he found himself in a state of limbo. He could do nothing but trust in that an II-agent would see to this matter as soon as posdible.

As Colrenn sifted through a pile data pads the message from the Strom corps CO he looked it over and pulled what intel he could on this defector including a personality profile and partial service record a former Republic army Sargent and medic who had grown tried and disenchanted with the bureaucratic issues that ran rampant in the republic. He sent the following message the Storm Corps Co

[Subject Samuel “Doc” Renfroe former republic army sergeant and medic, personality profile and partial service obtained and verified as authentic , security risk minimal subject may be recruited into storm corps at your desecration, Some from II will debrief him shortly after recruitment.}

After sending the appreciate report to his superiors about this defect Colrenn set to meet and debrief him. As made his way to were Doc Renfroe was waiting, knowing an officer from the storm corps would be along with the defection request, and to recruit the defector in to corps.
