Character Building

Hi all! I've been here since September but I've been rather slow in the character building department. I'm basically looking for connections, plots or anything really that may help to give Jax some character development. He's a fighter pilot in the Galactic Alliance and I want him to meet people, fall in love, have friends ect. Whatever floats his boat really so if anyone is intrested in plotting or just writing with him in general please let me know and I'll send a message to those interested individually.
