Where could I list some of my character's personal items and/or weapons. Is there a space on the template where it should go, or could I just add a line for stuff like that?

You can attach it at the bottom of your character sheet. It is also suggested you keep your character sheet up to date with additional postings to reflect the deeds of infamy or valor you have achieved so far.
